Foundation Formula INGREDIENTS
100% of the all the ingredients used in this pellet
and its manufacturing are free from artificial colors, flavors, preservatives
or additives. Grown completely free of human made herbicides, pesticides, petrochemicals
or added hormones.
GMO free.
We have added organic green foods to provide vitamin and mineral elements in their natural plant derived states. We are NOT adding any ground up rock or sea shells for minerals and no artificially made vitamins (no coal tar derivatives or processed sewage sludge). The green foods will supply not only natural state vitamins and minerals but also are complete with all the supporting other natural elements not often "officially" recognized as being important for health - even though the artificial vitamins and ground up rock minerals are *extremely* inexpensive to add by comparison (pennies vs. hundreds).
We have added no preservatives so this food MUST be treated as a live food and should be stored accordingly. We suggest refrigeration upon delivery. High heat and high humidity should be avoided. We recommend you store Foundation Formula Pellets in a cool, dry, low humidity location. Avoid letting parrots dunk into water as all non preserved foods will contribute to growth of slime in water bowls - we use and recommend water bottles for water source.
Shipping Information
Shipping rates are calculated live from UPS or US Postal Service websites. It
is based on the address you give, our warehouse location, and the weight of
your order. When ordering online, you will have a chance to review your shipping
charges BEFORE you enter your payment information.
UPS Shipping
99% of orders are shipped the next business day. Shipping rates are calculated
live from the UPS website. There are several options available: UPS Ground for
standard orders within the contiguous US, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Three Day
Select are also available.
UPS Ground shipping is based on UPS Ground delivery within the contiguous states. Please note: UPS can not deliver to P.O. boxes. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D. On the rare occasion that an item may be backordered, we will contact you and those items will be shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges.
Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and Military
Because UPS Ground does not ship to these places via regular ground, and UPS
2nd Day Air is really expensive, we will ship via the US Postal Service Priority
Mail for our friends in Alaska and Hawaii, those with PO Boxes and the military.
Shipping is able to be calculated live online. US Postal Service is often about
one third of the UPS 2nd Day Air shipping rate. Please select U.S.P.S. Priority
Mail (U.S.A.) Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or Military as your shipping method
when ordering.
International Orders
The most cost effective way we have found to ship internationally is via the
US Postal service. US Postal Service is often about one half to one third of
the UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping rate. Please select International - Worldwide
shipping by US Postal Service as your shipping method when ordering.
If you would like to estimate shipping yourself, an International rate calculator is located at http://ircalc.usps.gov/ and it assumes you are shipping from the US. Select "A Package (No correspondence enclosed)" as the type of item you want to mail. Then, just enter your country and the weight and it will give you the prices based on how fast you need it.
Returns
We know that one disadvantage to purchasing items on the web is the lack of
a way to return them easily if necessary. Well, Nature's Choice Essentials has
taken the headache out of returns!
You may return any unused product in its original condition to us within 30 days. The original shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error.
4 Simple Steps for Returning Items
US Only
Package up the return. (The original shipping box can be used as long as you remove the old label.)
Either call or e-mail us and let us know the specific item(s) you are returning so we can estimate weight.
We will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label to put on the package.
Put the tag on the package and drop it off at ANY UPS authorized shipper.
That's it! Your refund will be issued to the same credit card the purchase was originally made on when we receive the package. If you sent in a check, we will issue your refund via a check.
Damaged Goods
We will handle the problem to your satisfaction! If the carton looks damaged
upon receipt from UPS, please inspect the contents before the driver leaves
or call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS to file a claim. If your claim does not involve
UPS, please give us a call at 1-800 355-9059 (toll-free) or e-mail and we will
work with you to take care of the situation via a replacement or refund.
